Mikayla’s transition from a professional dancer to a performance coach at Exos reflects her dedication to understanding movement and human performance. Her dance background led her to study Exercise and Wellness at Arizona State University, equipping her with a solid foundation in fitness and nutrition. Her journey with Exos began as a Fitness Specialist intern, where she quickly demonstrated her skill in coaching a diverse range of clients, from professional athletes to corporate executives. Recently, she has focused on training female performers, aligning their fitness regimes with their physiological needs.
In addition to her work at Exos, Mikayla is a Registered Yoga Teacher and boxing instructor. Her approach to fitness is comprehensive, emphasising the importance of enjoyment in the process of improving performance. This blend of academic knowledge and practical experience positions Mikayla as a dynamic coach in the field of fitness and wellness.
